OUR FLAVORS

All cakes created by Katie Cakes Cakery are made using the freshest ingredients for the best quality possible.  With the exception of some 3-d designs, all cakes are typically 4 layers of moist cake and 3 layers of filling, finished with swiss buttercream, fondant, or poured chocolate ganache.

CLASSIC COMBINATIONS

  • Dense almond butter cake layered with apricot peach preserves and finished with white chocolate buttercream
  • Chocolate cake topped with salted caramel filling and sweet vanilla buttercream
  • Banana bread cake with cream cheese icing and fresh bananas
  • Sweet oreo cookies folded into vanilla buttercream, sandwiched between rich chocolate cake
  • Fluffy coconut cake with pineapple preserves, coconut, and rum buttercream
  • Rum soaked cake layered with citrus scented cannoli cream and finished with toasted almonds
  • Moist applesauce spice cake with alternating layers of brandy buttercream and caramelized apples
